Dr. Kyle T Kollbaum
Dr. Kyle has been serving Ellsworth and the surrounding communities since 2005 and has enjoyed the small-town life and the people who live here! Dr. Kyle has treated patients from 1 week old to 100 years old. Based on individualized care, Dr. Kyle's adjustments are gentle yet incredibly effective.
His moto is "Life Without Limits" and he truly believes that all people should be able to accomplish their goals no matter what life might throw at them. With proper care, correct nutrition, and exercise, anyone can achieve the life that God has created them to live.
In 2016, 2017, and 2018 Kollbaum Chiropractic was awarded the "Best of Health and Wellness" clinic by the community, his patients, and the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce. Also, in 2018 Doctor Kyle humbly accepted the "Chiropractor of the Year" award by the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association. This award was given not only because of the excellent care he gives each individual patient, but also for the involvement that he has in the community. Dr. Kyle coached youth football for 9 years, he volunteers countless hours as an Elder of C3 Church and has co-chaired the C3 Church Praise and Worship team as lead guitar player.
